For DCC operation you can isolate all exit rails with plastic rail joiners and use a Lenz LK200 reverse loop module to control the polarity to the bridge rails ( Black and brown wires)

For best performance use a dedicated accessory transformer such as the Lenz 26000 TR100 or the Viessmann 5200 16v AC 52VA transformer. Unfortunately some of the smaller model railway transformers are not powerful enough.
