KM-1 Br23 Spur O

The Br23 were designed to replace the Prussian P8 4-6-0s running light express and medium passenger trains.  105 Locomotives were built starting from 1950. The design featured welded frames, boilers and tenders, centralised lubrication and improved accessibility for serviceable mechanisms.  23 105 was the last steam locomotive built for the DB.
