Brand new tooling.
The luxury features of the CIWL consisted, as a rule, of one luggage carrier at the top and at the end, one dining car and two sleeping cars. The "Ostend-Wien-Express" Took up operations on 1 June 1894. It traveled daily between Ostend and Vienna via Brussels, Frankfurt am Main, Wurzburg, Nuremberg, Passau, Linz and Vienna. The "Ostend-Wien-Express", which actually went to Budapest, was included in the "Ostend-Karlsbad-Express"
An appropriately extensive car park allocated - 23 sleeping cars, 7 dining carts and 15 luggage carts. The wagons were outfitted with teak, and the sleeping and dining cars had an extremely luxurious interior and exhibited the greatest luxury imaginable on rails. Models of the Orient Express and wagons from the CIWL stock are always a challenge for design and production. The models chosen by us from the field of teak wagons have never been realized in this form as a series model . Look forward to a series of beautiful teak wagons that should not be missing in any collection. These sets are limited and numbered. Very detailed chassis and roof structures. The finest printing. Multi-colored interior in sleeping and dining carriages.
